    Ericka Danielle is a professional dancer for the Michigan Panthers, having transitioned from her earlier career as a Michigan State athlete. With a robust background in fitness, Ericka is not only dedicated to her personal training journey but also passionate about empowering her community. Her mission goes beyond physical fitness, as she strives to instill confidence, self-love, and personal growth in others.   • Coach Nicole

    Trainer

    Nicole Davis is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach who specializes in helping women build strength, confidence, and lasting healthy habits. Nicole believes fitness is not one-size fits-all and everyone belongs. 

    Beyond the gym, Nicole is the Director of Content at Garage Gym Reviews and BarBend, where she writes and strategizes on fitness equipment and training topics, bringing her expertise to a wide audience. Her approach blends science-backed training with real-world application, creating supportive, motivating workouts where women of all fitness levels feel seen and empowered.

    Nicole’s mission is simple: to help women discover just how strong they really are.

    When she’s not in the gym or writing about the gym, she’s chasing around her 3 daughters, trying a new restaurant with her husband, baking sourdough bread, or reading romantasy novels.

    Coach Kendall

    Trainer

    With over five years of experience coaching individuals and small groups, Kendall brings a holistic, wellness-focused approach to every workout. ISSA-certified and deeply passionate about movement, Kendall specializes in circuit-style training, HIIT, mat Pilates, strength, and mobility work—designing sessions that challenge the body while supporting the mind and soul. 

    Kendall’s philosophy is rooted in helping clients feel like their strongest and best selves, both physically and mentally. A lifelong athlete and lover of fitness, she blends her background in sports with her academic foundation—a BA in Psychology and current graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling—to create a uniquely supportive and empowering training environment. A workout with Kendall is likely to end in a new friendship, a promise of unconditional support and safe space to spend part of your day.

  • Coach Gabby

    Trainer

    Former All-American and national team swimmer turned passionate fitness and Pilates instructor. A Big Ten Champion for the University of Michigan, Gabby spent years training and competing at the highest levels of collegiate and professional swimming, representing Team USA on the international stage.

    Now transitioning her athletic discipline into a career focused on movement and wellness, Gabby is pursuing her Master’s in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology while earning a comprehensive certification in Classical Pilates. Her approach to teaching blends scientific understanding of the body with the precision and control of Pilates, creating sessions that are both grounded in research and deeply empowering.

    Gabby is especially passionate about helping others build strength, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies—whether they’re elite athletes, everyday movers, or somewhere in between. She brings the same dedication, energy, and attention to detail from her swimming career into every class and client session.

    Outside the studio and classroom, Gabby enjoys being around people and fostering a community connection, continuing her education, and staying active in and out of the water.

    Coach Jai

    Trainer

    Coach Jai is a former collegiate 3 sport athlete and All-American. She suffered a career ending injury of a torn ACL in 2017. The recovery of the injury turned her love for the court into a promising career of Group Fitness and Personal Training specializing is Sport/Injury Recovery, Corrective Exercise and Functional Training. With Jalissa’s many years of coaching and training, she has developed the core value of training her clients to reach their full potential through proper education and motivation. “ When You Move, Move With Confidence”
