  • Instructor Alyssa

    R&B Yoga Instructor

    Alyssa was introduced to yoga in high school when a friend encouraged her to attend a hot vinyasa class at a local studio. In college, Alyssa began to develop a regular practice and found yoga to be a great way to build community and deepen her sense of self.

    Almost 10 years later, Alyssa uses yoga as a form of “therapy” to practice mindfulness, introspection, and somatics. Alyssa is currently an MSW student and enjoys bringing what she learns in the classroom onto the mat to integrate physical and mental wellness.
